The 41mm Vanguard Slim Vintage chassis conjure a retro motorsport feel with sweeping curves like those designed to cheat the wind on vintage racecars. On the dial, Geneva Waves join the running seconds display calls to mind a retro tachometer style used to track an engine’s RPM. The movement of choice for the Slim Vintage is the Franck Muller Cal 708. This automatic-winding timekeeping engine has been assembled, decorated, regulated and installed entirely in-house by Franck Muller’s own talented team of watchmakers and accurately tracks time for up to 38 hours while running at 21,600 beats per hour. Visible via the sapphire rear windshield, this slim movement allows an overall height for this timepiece of only 9.1mm. Holding the Vanguard Slim Vintage comfortably on your wrist is a handsewn calfskin strap with color matched stitching.
