Product description
The Giga Tourbillon is an amazing expression of horological savoir faire and features the largest one-minute flying tourbillon ever fitted into a wristwatch. This masterpiece features a 20 mm diameter tourbillon occupying almost half of the dial. Four mainspring barrels power this huge flying tourbillon and ensure a full 100 hours (over 4 days) of power reserve. Creating the Giga Tourbillon involved overcoming a host of technical challenges including lightening critical components substantially using materials such as titanium and bronze barium within the tourbillon escapement. The technical challenges were great and Franck Muller R&D department has drawn all its expertise to carry off this remarkable technical feat.
